IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR PET, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!!Absolutely disgusted by the service offered by this establishment. We dropped off our German shepherd over the Christmas period weighing a healthy 45kg's. 18 days later when we pick him up he was down over 10kg's and in a very slim/bony state. The muscle/weight loss is so significant, the vet has had to limit his activity until he's able regain some weight. Whether he was being fed correctly or if at all is definitely questionable. We paid $850 for our pets 'premium' stay, the service on offer clearly isn't a reflection of the price. Appalling.

Just showed up day before we were due to fly out Christmas eve. Was told they would not take the dog as they are in voluntary reduncy. I paid for and booked this stay 6 months ago... be very careful seems very dodgy to me.
My furkids have stayed here several times. Once was for a month. They are always well loved and looked after.
Our Bella loved her stay here she had a lovely time. Very well looked after. We will be more than happy to take her there to stay again.
