I've always received fast and friendly service here. Today the lady serving me gave me a cheaper postage option which I really appreciated.
Went in to post a saddle and the nasty lazy ladies just looked at me and said we can't do that I said cant you bubble rap it or something they said your better off with a courier so I walked out went straight to landsborough post and the guy was so professional put the saddle in a box taped it up stamped it offered insurance shook me hand and posted it excellence service feel sorry for people in parklands that have to often deal with the nasty lonely lazy staff at meridian post.
if I could give a 0 rating I would, the lady with the black hair and glasses is probably the most vile and disgusting woman I have ever met. She's so incredibly rude and ignores customers. I went in with my mum to send a package back and she was very short with us when the article ID provided by ParcelPoint wasn't working, definitely won't be returning to this Australia Post store and will be going to Moffat Beach in the future.
HORRIBLE STAFF!!! Wouldn't give me my package because it was in my partners name but I handed her a letter of authorization from my partner because he is currently deployed!!! She said we can hold it for a couple days so he can come collect it. WHAT PART OF HE IS DEPLOYED DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND! She was in general rude and snobby. I will NOT GO BACK THERE FOR BUSINESS!
I avoid coming to this post office, as I routinely leave there in a rotten mood. Today was no exception and I will not return. The staff are sullen and the franchisee is not at all motivated to get you the best deal on your post costs. I've had to repackage parcels several times over a mere few grams so that I don't get charged in the next weight bracket. I suggest going to the Australia Post at the opposite end of town on Ormuz Ave. They're friendly, there are self-service machines, and the staff work with you to ensure your mail is sent by the best option for everyone.
